1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FortePrep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FortePrep is an AI-powered exam preparation platform that analyzes missed questions, diagnoses reasoning weaknesses, and generates targeted drill passages. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with optional paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI-generated content in bulk; (c) share your account with others or resell access; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. AI-Generated Content

Drill passages and diagnoses are generated by AI and are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors. FortePrep does not guarantee exam outcomes or score improvements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by FortePrep. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant FortePrep a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

FortePrep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
